Tuition Incentive Program (TIP):The Tip is college financial assistance for those students who have had Medicaid for any 24 out of 36 months and have obtained their GED or High School Diploma prior to turning 19 years of age. TIP pays for the first 2 years toward an Associates Degree and the 2nd 2 years toward a Bachelors Degree. Call 1-888-4GRANTS to see if a student is eligible.

High School Seniors: You MUST set up your account and confirm your college choice by accessing the MiSSG Student Portal.All TIP Eligible Students: You MUST update the MiSSG Student Portal with any changes to your address or college choice.
